Core viewing of Goldeneye wells during EGS conference mid-May 2023

Many thanks to Shell UK Ltd (Julie Coughtrie and Dr Gwilym Lynn) for presenting core from 14/29A-5 and 20/4B-7 in Lower Cretaceous sands, Goldeneye Field, Outer Moray Firth (UK). The turbiditic Captain sandstone is the target storage reservoir for C02 injection in the Acorn CCS project.
Also, many thanks to Chris Stevens and colleagues at Oasis Group who hosted the workshop on the 19th May and looked after us very well.
